Unfortunately, Apple's Logic Pro does not allow software instruments to send MIDI out. Given that Colorflex is a MIDI sequencer, this makes using it with Logic a bit tricky.

You have two options:

1 - Use Reaktor in standalone and sync it with Logic Pro by sending clock to Reaktor internally via an IAC Bus. Activate IAC in AudioMIDI Setup (Applications>Utilities). Set Reaktor to External Sync, set MIDI IN in Reaktor's MIDI Settings to receive IAC Bus. Then set Logic's Synchronization (Project Settings>Synchronization) MIDI settings to transmit clock along IAC Bus.

2 - Use Colorflex within Kore 2 and download a plugin by Retroware called MIDI I/O, which will allow you to send MIDI from Colorflex out an IAC bus back into Logic. To manage latency, you'll then want to send the audio out of the instrument in Logic you're trying to trigger to an aux. Then set that bus as an input in Kore 2. You will need to use the VST version of Reaktor within Kore 2 and Retrowares I/O plugin for this to work. Included is a Logic template.
